Prices From $31.69, £17.92, €25.00 Accommodation Type: APARTMENT 5th Sovetskaya 21 5th Sovetskaya 21 St Petersburg Our personal residence is situated in the old historical town center of St. Petersburg just some few minutes away from the famous Nevsky Prospect. The apartment is located in the 2nd floor of an old three-storey house from the turn of the century (constructed in 1853). The main entrance to the staircase is in the backyard, which makes it a little bit hidden, but at the same time sheltered. The entire place was renewed according to high western standards during the whole summer and autumn of 2003. While renovating we tried to compromise and to save as many old elements as we could. So we managed to preserve old mouldings in almost every room and we have restored old floors. There is a roomy entrance hall, where floors are tiled and have under-floor heating . In the entrance vicinity we have organized a little desk with a computer connected to the web access. Moreover we supply wirele Lan in all rooms. Our apartment is an old building and we wanted to leave the old room style – that is why we don’t have toilet’s or showers directly in the rooms . The visitors of our 4 rooms have to share two big bathrooms (two near two in case all four rooms are booked at the same time) with a shower. Both bathrooms have under-floor heating and are located nearby the entrance vicinity. In the middle of the apartment is a roomy light kitchen, which can be as well used as a common room . In the kitchen you can help yourself to coffee or tea anytime you wish to . You can as well heat up your food you’ve brought or even cook yourself. Besides a normal gas-cooker there is a big coffee machine, microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle and a Refrigerator. The kitchen is as well tiled and has under-floor heating. The Televisions in room 1 and 2 receive with the help of the satelites Hotbird and Astra over 70 channels . Romm 3 comes without Television and in room 4 you will find a Television with over 10 Ru ian Television channels. |
