Potos
Thassos Island
Our family-run visitor house is located in the old fishing village of Potos in Tha os. On its two floors there are ten rooms, each of which can accommodate 2-4 people. All the rooms have a fridge, a toilet, a shower and all the nece ary furniture, and there are two large shared kitchens, one on each floor. Towels and bed linen are supplied, and laundry amenities are offered. The house was built in 1989 and is maintained in ideal condition near ourselves. It is Built in traditional style and has a pretty inner courtyard, fenced so your children can play in safety. You can as well let them play freely on the beach / sea while you enjoy a drink on the waterfront watching the sun set behind Mount Athos. Our house is just 50 meters from the beach / sea –very handy for a swim at any time of day. The bakery is just next door, and there are all kinds of other shops within a few meters, where you will be able to stock up on whatever you need. A number of tavernas and cafes are close near. In fact, the whole village is within easy walking distance. Potos is the most handy village for visiting the dozens of pretty little beach / seaes and the striking landscape of the southern half of the island.
