Cancellations have to be made at least 24 hrs. before arriving. You can do this on Monday to Thursday near e-mail. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday you have to call the hostels directly. constantly send your booking details with your cancellation so that your booking can be found in the system as soon as po ible. Make sure you cancel all your reservations. constantly bring your confirmation with you to the hostel you have booked with. Otherwise, booking confusion will be your own responsibility |
