(We apologize but due to the little size of the rooms and the shared baths, our Hotel is really not suitable for older travellers!) Just blocks away from NYU, Cooper Union, The Time Cafe, Greenwich Village, CBGB's and New York's hottest night spots and restaurants, The Whitehouse is close to everything New York is famous for. The hotel features four floors and over 200 relaxing accommodations with single and double room occupancy offered. We boast the lowest rates in the town for personal rooms in a very clean, safe surroundings, with prices starting at $28.00 per person. (Please keep in mind that while the rooms are personal with locks and only you and members of your party have acce , in the spirit of 'hostel' living, the ceilings are made of lattice work and sound does travel acro the tops of the rooms). situated on New York's famous Bowery, The Whitehouse was a well known 'Lodging House' providing accommodations to New York's working cla close to 100 years ago.
