The apartment has a great position, as the Chain Bridge, the Matthias Church, the Royal Palace, the Danube are just nearby the apartment. The flat is on a first floor of a striking old Roman building with a grounds full of trees and plants. The building has a very special ambience, that you can feel immediately when you enter it. Enjoy the view to Iskola Street which is just 100 meters far from the Danube River. We have a quiet, sunny terrace facing south to the grounds and to the park nearby the apartment. It has an individual interior and if you would like to have a quiet apartment in very distinguished vicinity and at the same time to be in the center of Budapest then we're sure this flat can fulfil your wishes. And one thing more...if you would like to wake up to the songs of the birds instead of the noise of high traffic then this place can be perfect for you. The flat consists of a large very well equipped kitchen with Refrigerator, cooker, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee-machine, dishes, plates, table with chairs, etc. There is a bathroom with tub and shower, with non-stop hot water, a little room with wardrobes and a large room which is shared near a well designed loft. There is antique furniture throughout, one double bed, two single beds, one sofa, one sofa bed, armchairs, a lot of shelves for books, SAT-Television, radio and tape recorder, telephone, etc. The apartment has central heating. Close to the apartment you will find many pleasant restaurants, cafes with open terraces, an Irish pub, a huge supermarketplace and many other shops and stores. The public transportation is ideal in this part of the town. You can reach the metro, trams, buses and the HÉV in close nearbys. There is as well a parking place in front of the house.
