Prices From $20.24, £11.00, €16.61 Accommodation Type: HOSTEL Bwlchcoediog Bunkhouse and Nature Reserve Bwlchcoediog Isaf, Cwm Cewydd Machynlleth Powys Bwlchcoediog Isaf is a 26 acre littleholding set in a quiet personal valley. The only sound in the two mile long Cwm Cewydd valley is birdsong. We manage the property as a natural world reserve which is an idyllic setting with its bluebell woods, three ponds and gra lands. There are footpaths on our land and a track taking you to the top of the hill for a breathtaking view. Bring a group to bird watch, study natural world, star gaze, go for a walk, hike, mountain biking or just unwind. We offer group amenities for indoor meetings, things to do etc… We are particularly suitable for large group self-catering accommodation in youth hostel style amenities. The bunkrooms The bunkhouse consists of two rooms. A large room with 8 bunks, (16 people) and a littleer room with 3 bunks, (6 people), total 22 people. Our quality bunks are large single bed widths with proper sprung mattre es which we feel are more relaxing than usual youth hostel bunk beds. Pillows and sheets provided but bring a sleeping bag! Blankets/sleeping bags offered for rent. There are two shower/loos rooms, one for men and the other for women or they can be shared. If your group prefers a personal bunk room but has le than 6, 16 or 22, you can book and pay for a whole room, or the whole bunkhouse. If your group is le than 6 people (our usual minimum is 6) but you wish a personal bunk room, you can pay for the 6 person and have the room to yourselves. There is a further bunkroom with two bunks for 4 persons out on the land. It is about a 5 minute walk from the main amenities with a composting loo nearbynear. It’s more personal and rustic. perfect for more of wilderne experience, personal retreat or for the children in your group. You may wish to bring camping/cooking equipment if you don’t wish to walk back and forth to the main amenities. |
