CHECK-IN TIME:12 to 3 pm, other times near previous arrangement only CHECKOUT TIME: 10 to 11 am, other times near previous arrangment only. NOTE: For all other check-in or check-out time, and inquiry, please email or call on teletelephone and obtain confirmation before proceeding. Otherwise our local staff will prevent check in or check out. Dharmadwar is a up to date two level bungalow/villa residence with three bed rooms (two with en-suite bathrooms, plus additional common bath and toilet / wcs), fully furnished large kitchen, formal dining room and well appointed lounge room, huge terrace, large verandas and open nearby grounds. All its rooms are tastefully decorated and well stocked. Linen and towels are provided free per person once, and then if requited at extra charges, for the duration of the full stay. The bungalow is cleaned daily. On-duty manager is offered during daytime and a night watchman is on duty as well. This personal bungalow can accommodate up to three families (twin share per bed room) or a group of up to six people. With additional mattre es/beds, provided on request, it can accommodate up to 10 persons. We can help arrange other services such as pick up, car rent, chauffeured car, sight seeing, etc., for extra cost. You can cook your own food, have it cooked or simply take-away food from a wide menu catering Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisine offered from many places in the town. We can arrange and provide amenities suitable for parties on adjacent grounds or on the roof top open vicinity, decorations and all arrangements for traditional or up to date wedding and other functions. Only rooms can be booked on-line. For reservation the whole bungalow or the function space (party plot) next door, please email or telephone as per above details. Note : We have no facility to take credit card payments or travelers cheques, or private cheques. We accept only cash in local currency and give receipts. We reserve the right to take a little security deposit, if required. 10% payment you make on credit card is paid to our online reservation agent directly at the time of reservation. 90% remaining amount is payble in cash on arrival. The account will be settled in Rupees and the exchange rate will be advised near our local manager at the time of the settlement based on best offered most recent data at the position. Other charges if incurred will be payble at the time when they are incurred or on check out as determined near the local manager. If we are unable to provide accomodation after making a reservation, which is a rare event, we will first endeavour to find a suitable alternative accomodation for our visitors. If that cannot happen (another rarer event), we will refund full payment which includes deposit for reservation in local currency in cash on checking identity documents. All disputes will be subject to local jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts and this is a condition that the visitor agrees to near the very act of reservation. The visitor agrees to observe all the local rules and regulations; and as well conditions of local management, which are along the general terms of similar operations. Where in doubt, the visitor undertakes to read them before checking in and no subsequent disputes will be entertained about knowledge of such conditions near the visitor. |
