The total vicinity is about 300 sq. f. or 28 sq. m. It has a room (162 sq.f. or 15 sq. m.) with a double bed, with 2 large windows. as well, there is a little but well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The studio is equipped with a double bed, table with 2 chairs, arm-chair, Television-set, Refrigerator (mini-bar type), boiler, electric kettle and a shared teletelephone line. If you need, it is po ible to get as well a music centre, coffee maker and iron. The price includes includes bed linen, towels, electritown, water, gas, local teletelephone Calls and cleaning (once per week). The apartment had European style renovation in March 2003. This includes a metal door and triple-glazed windows to protect from noise and extreme temperatures. The studio has a lateral view to the river from the windows. It is situated on the 2nd floor.
