Ola ave Tampa Tampa Tampa Florida's Only Hostel / BNB / Le Gite GOOD MUSIC, GOOD PEOPLE, GOOD VIBES, GOOD FUN. Little Montreal and Little Amsterdam in Tampa. THE rail ROOM 9 is our Coed/Dormatory simulated sleeper car that sleeps 6. We as well have personal ROOMS with shared and personal baths for Hostel travellers. NOTE:; PRIVAT E ROOMS with a SHARED BATH are Rooms 2, 3 & 5. Room 2 (SLEEPS 3 ) has one bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom (sleeps two in the same bed) and a single (twin) on the top. Room 3 (SLEEPS 5) has two bunk beds, one bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom (sleeps two in the same bed) and a single (twin) on top and the second bunk bed sleeps one on the top and one on the bottom. NOTE: In a pinch, Rooms 2 and 3 have the option to sleep an extra person on the floor. Floor bed provided. Room 5 (SLEEPS 2 TO 3) is the adventure room that has a loft bunk that will sleep two together and a sofa under the loft bunk personal ROOMS (insuite) with personal BATHS are Rooms 6 & 8 that have one Queen size bed that will sleep two people in the same bed. Room 7 has one double bed that sleeps two in the same bed. . The coed/dorm hostel is the Gram Central Railroad Line (The North/South Line from Montreal, Quebec to Tampa, Florida) with a shared rail bathroom and/or the Couryard Shower & Toliet. 9 is next to a simulated RAILROAD Station DEPOT The Gram Central Railroad Co. in one of our two Courtyards with a dutch Telefoon (Teletelephone) booth on Gram Straat (Street) In the main courtyard is a nearOB Bar. We sleep a total of 21 people All are welcome. SMOKING; ALL ROOMS in the BnB and Hostel ARE NON SMOKING, but SMOKING is OK in our courtyards and upper level boardwalks up to the crows nest (The Stairway to Heaven). All rooms contain Air Conditioning, Heating, Cable Television, AM&FM alarm clock ca ette players, Teletelephone and a book on the genre of roots music with a ca ette tape to hear the artists displayed on the walls in old time window panes as well as a comment book to read past visitors comments and for you to leave a comment for future visitors, If desired. Common vicinity for all visitors has Firplace, Piano, Cable Television with VCR. Music at Gram's Place; The music and ambience will and can transport you back in time with recordings from the 1920's to present day, at our Courtyard nearOB Bar and Jacuzzi vicinity. Our CD player has 400 plus cla ic CD's loaded/listed in a MUSIC MENU and ready at your finger tips to set the mood you want in your room or either courtyard. Our CD player can be heard on any FM radio on the property as well as driving near in the car within a 2 block radius. (On WGPA FM) at 102.9 on your FM dial, only good music all the time. Our two Courtyards with the Oversized in-ground Jacuzzi , courtyard Waterfalls & Lazy day hammocks are open and offered to visitors 24 hrs.a day/night and the music level provides a ideal ambience for conversation. The Crow's Nest ( The Stairway to Heaven ) is 2nd and 3rd level decks for walking in the trees, bird watching, stargazing, watching the space shuttle take off, and taking a smoke break. For Traveling Musicians and Music lovers; Jam se ions are encouraged for good quality fun. Guitars (left and right handed), Piano and other instruments on site. Arriving at the entrance gate you will see a sign that says 'Mitakuye Oyasin', a Native American phrase which means 'We are all Related'. This spiritual consciousne allows us to see you as a relative and not just another traveling visitor. Clientele are; Respectful, Tolerant, business Profe ionals, Couples and Family's with children from all walks of life, as well as some Artists, Musicians, Singers, Songwriters, Actors, Painters, and Poets from all corners of the world. You'll find Gram's Place most relaxing and eclectic, with the laid-back feel of a faraway island and a European (and sometimes bohemian) attitude. Many visitors ideas are now and will be a part of creating Gram's Place over the years and we encourage it. Each room has its own comment book for you to read past visitors' comments and leave one for future visitors. One visitor wrote a comment that said 'Where time stands still and the music plays on' It is now a part of our sign in front of the property. If you are of the artistic privateity (or not), you can enjoy the music of Jazz, Blues, Folk/Celtic, Country, Rock & Roll, Big Band, Regg , Cajun/Zydeco, Latin, Cla ical, etc. which includes many box sets of the greats.
