We are just two few minutes walk from town center and beaches, a three minute walk from the rail station and a ten minute drive from Newquay airport. All rooms are en-suite or have personal bathrooms which have newly been refurbished. Each room has a colour TV/DVD player, tea & coffee-making facilities, hairdriers and clock radios. You have your own key for access at all times. We accept group and team parties (only with PRIOR notice) except in August.
