Prices From $10.00, £5.88, €8.54 Accommodation Type: HOTEL Jim's Tibetan Hotel Yu Xiu Lu 13 (just outside Dali south gate) Dali Jim's Tibetan Hotel is a great place to stay in Dali old town (Yunnan). The hotel is a strikingly designed building in colourful Tibetan- Bai style. It's situated in a quiet street close to the old town of Dali. It's about a 5 minute walk to the south gate of Dali which is the gateway to the centre. The rooms have very relaxing beds and are decorated with wooden handmade Chinese furniture. The owners paid a great deal of attention to details of the interior decoration which is very original and colourful. All rooms have personal bathrooms with a shower or bath and all have heating lamps. We have singles, doubles, triples and family bed rooms offered. Outside the rooms are wide balconies with personal seating. Other superb unwinding places are the sunny grounds and rooftop terrace with a splendid view over the Erhai lake and the mountains. You can have your meals and drinks in the grounds or in the restaurant. The hotel's ambience is warm and inviting and the staff is welcoming and welcoming. Last but not least we want to recommend the restaurant which serves very tasty food for breakfast (such as home baked bread), lunch and super. There is a a choice of Tibetan, Chinese and western food. Jim's Tibetan Hotel is newly opened and we are very proud of our new hotel and warmly welcome you as our visitors! Please note that we as well organize special non-touristy daytrips around Dali. Longer tailormade trips can be booked through Yunnan, Tibet (e.g. budget- overland tours from Yunnan to Tibet), Sichuan and Guizhou. Our specialties are minorities and trekkings.All trips need to be booked in advance. At this moment for both the hotel and the trips we can only accept cash cash or transfer near bank. |
