Our recipes are taken from the traditional Spanish and Creole cuisine served with an sthetically pleasing presentation of flowers and fruits. Our rooms are decorated in the Spanish style of an older Epoque, relaxingy furnished, some with fire places. The hacienda is surrounded near striking groundss, a little creek, fruit trees and it is a natural sanctuary for birds and other animals.
