The house can accommodate up to ten people in three separate units, each with independent acce . The farm is situated nearby Ripa Teatina in the center of the region of Abruzzo, in the province of Cheti. Upon arrival, visitors are welcomed with mineral water and chocolates in their room, as well as a selection of brochures about Abruzzo. All the suites have been strikingly furnished in a country style have autonomous heating, circuit breakers and first aid kit; tv and fan are offered upon request. Soaps and other hygiene products are offered in each suite; bath linens are changed every two days, bed linens every four. We offer the daily room/bath/bed package - a sun umbrella to take to the free beach / sea, use of an umbrella and beach / sea chair free of charge for our visitors at a swimming pool 8.5 km away, and two mountain bikes. We have a grounds, terrace and porch for our visitors use. We have maps and brochures offered to help you plan your itineraries and can organise guided visits to agricultural-alimentary things to do and artisans such as wineries and olive pre es. On departure, we present our visitors with a bottle of wine or other packaged farm product. A direct visitor-family relationship has been the key to our succe over the years, guaranteeing privacy, rest, and tranquility, even for one-night stays. Note: Our accommodation offer a special family fare: two adult plus a children under 10 year old paid as two people. |
