This is a 3-phased project and with the completion of the first phase in November 2000, the project cro ed the Rubicon thus enabling management to formally open the hotel to the public. Tucked snugly away in Teshie-Nungua, a suburb of the town, the New Coco beach / sea Hotel perfectly overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is curhirely just about a 15 and 20 minute drive from the airport and the town centre respectively. It is the only hotel which is very close to the beach / sea with a swimming pool, gymnasium ma age, conference amenities, air conditioning and automatic tea and coffee making machine in the suite.
