Picard beach / sea Cottages are located on the north west coastal of the natural world Island, on what was once a large coconut plantation. The cottages are nestled in a flowering grounds among tall palms rustling in the breeze, and fringed near Dominica's longest golden sand beach / sea. Here one can sit in an individual wooden cottage and listen to the wildlife, or the waves lapping on the beach / sea as you absorb some of the most striking sunsets in the world. Each cottage is designed in traditional 18th century Creole architectural style and has air conditioning, a wide terrace, bathroom, kitchenette, teletelephone, one bedroom, and living/dinig room vicinity with a day bed to accommodate a third person. Cable tv is as well offered. Le Flambeau Restaurant is an informal beach / sea restaurant, bar and lounge serving Dominican specialities as well as other lighter a la carte snack options. This beach / seafront eatery has a very welcoming staff and is open for breakfast, lunch and super which is ideal for those days when you do not wish to cook in your personal cottage.
