Seascape Ecotel
44 Princes Highway
North Narooma
Narooma
The Ecotel has been established near family and friends on a 19th century dairy farm which is now part of the striking town of Narooma on the New South Wales south coastal. The 6 acre site has a mixture of bush, recreation and parkland. The 2-star motel provides unbeatable value in accommodation with magnificent views of waterways. Rooms have king size beds and kitchenette or kitchen amenities and some as well have single beds. The rooms are light and airy with high ceilings and large picture windows. Most look south to waterways and a bellbird valley. Among the many surroundingsal initiatives at the Ecotel: Native wildlife is being protected and the regeneration of plants encouraged, wind turbines and a ‘greywater’ recycling scheme are being installed and solar water heating is being designed to complement the roof line. Visitors can discover the wider surroundings with a stroll through our rear gateway to the boardwalk, beach / seaes, bush, and breakwater. Some longer walks have been specifically designed for Ecotel visitors to venture to mountains, lakes, rainforest and national parks. The Ecotel can help arrange whale watching and snorkelling with seals and dolphins off Montague Island as well as penguin and bird watching on the Island guided near a National Park ranger. We have good links with the Umbarra Aboriginal Cultural center which provides 4 wheel drive tours to significant sites. Cruises up the Wagonga Inlet in an electric boat can as well be organised. Our friends in the historic village at Tilba will not only make you welcome but provide discounts linked to our letter of introduction for visitors staying with us for two or more days.
