There is little lavishness, but a great ambience and lots comfort. Our rooms are very relaxing and have strong beds. There are showers with loads of hot water as well as security lockers for each visitor. If you want to unwind you can chill out on our sofas and watch Television, DVDs or read books. And when you really want to unwind you can laze in our hammock (beware - you cannot remain here forever). We have an indoor pub to get you started every night before going out, or just for a few drinks before the neighbours throw us something trough the window! Our staff are kind of freaks! We look like as if we were at a UN meeting – one from each corner of the world, although we are obviously cooler than diplomats! Shenkin Hostel is like a 2005 hippie house with maid service 24 hours a day.
