Sonja's Bed & Breakfast is your home away from home, situated beside the opal fields. Our rooms are bright and inviting, with homely and relaxing furniture and quality bed linen. All rooms have their own en-suite bathroom, personal entrances with your own key, and off-street parking is offered. Our theme rooms - Butterfly Room, Opal Room, Sunset Room and Miners Room - cater for Families, Single travellers, groups and couples. Single, double, and Queen beds are offered. Each room has a kitchenette with tea and coffee making amenities and reverse cycle air-conditioning. A choice of a continental or middley cooked breakfast is served in the dining room. Please let us know if you have any special needs. You are welcome to use the Gas Barbeque and Outdoor Camp Kitchen in the roomy backyard. visitor Laundry and a free web access service are offered. Sonja's is within walking distance of Lightning Ridge's clubs, hotels, shopping and Artesian Bore Baths. A courtesy bus is offered from the Hotels and Club. Go for a morning stroll from Sonja's to see kangaroos, birds and the old mining vicinity of the Ridge. We have plenty of visitor info and are happy to arrange tours of the opal fields.
