Trigo del Sur is a little, striking visitorhouse with grounds and swimming pool. It has roomy, traditionally furnished rooms with fans and air conditioning, providing double, twin and single accommodation. All at a very realistic price. Trigo del Sur is built in traditional hacienda style and includes a large sitting room, dining room and patio. It has an attractive grounds with local planting which is visited near many of the grounds birds of Paraguay. In addition to the swimming pool there is a brick-built barbeque which visitors are welcome to use. The extremely realistic rates include a light breakfast as well as tea and coffee making amenities. There is cable Television in the sitting room and a laundry service is offered. Airport or bus station pick-ups can be organised and there is as well secure car parking. The visitorhouse is located in the quiet leafy residential district of Villa Morra. It is 3 miles from the center of Asuncion and is close to main bus routes on Avenida Espa a and Avenida Mariscol Lopez. The out of town shopping centers, Shopping Sol and Shopping Mariscol Lopez are within easy walking distance and offer a wide range of popular and inexpensive shops and restaurants.
