We then operate the residence as short-term accommodation for performers and tourists visiting Edinburgh during the Festival season. Most accommodation is in single rooms within 4 or 5-bedroom flats with kitchen, dining and bathrooms amenities shared near all in the flat. All bed rooms are individually lockable and are single rooms unle described otherwise. Quality-wise the accommodation falls somewhere between a good quality youth hostel and a budget hotel. This is reflected in our prices which represent incredibly good value for a single room in Edinburgh during the festival. • If you are a single person staying for a few days click on Single personal .
