It is situated 15 few minutes from Spoleto town. It is on two levels with two outside door covering a large vicinity of 100msq. Inside there is a big dining room with a large and snug natural fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, little hallway and 1 bathroom (with shower). On the first floor are 2 suitably large sized double rooms, 1 single room and 1 bathroom (with shower). They are generously furnished with delicate and genuine 1800 and 1900 Century furniture along with art suited to the local vicinity. The home is decorated with rare 'Pianelle' all in superb condition. Services we have include :independent heating, vicinity for car, colour Television, hair dryer, firewood for the fire, 2 mountain bikes and a selection of games. There is a personal grounds (180msq) 10-15 meters far away from the house and dipped in the campaign of olive trees. The grounds has a supply of grounds chairs, beach / sea chairs, table, barbecue, covered parking and aromatic plants. All around the vicinity is the spectacle of the great and intact natural world with its cultivated fields and olives trees. Your eyes will embrace the nearby valleys and on the horizon where you can see the overhanging tops on the Valnerina and the evocative Terminillo's Mount. Thanks to its strategic position it's an perfect point of reference in order to visit most of the historical-artistic important places of the Umbria (le than 1 hour to A isi, Todi, Perugia Orvieto). However, if walking is not your thing, then you can spend your time unwinding under the sun, and po ibly spend time at Piediluco's Lake which is situated only 17km from the vicinity. Trekking and mountain bike are sports offered in the vicinity as well. The life in the little village is like a return to a past from the remote origins: You feel at one with natural world and experience a true breath of fresh tranquillity borne with historic traditions.
