The inside of the building still has many original features: high ceilings, fireplaces and ornate doorways. unwind in the sunshine in our large, personal back grounds....watch the many fish and frogs in the grounds pond. What to see in Dover Start your visit to our striking county of Kent with a trip to Dover Castle (with 2000 years of history) - most definitely recommended near staff and customers! The castle is in such fantastic condition you'll imagine yourself back in Henry VIII's time. While you're there, visit the war-time tunnels under the castle....see what life was like in the tunnels during the 2nd World War...very realistic! Of course there are as well plenty of other highlights in the nearby vicinitys....and who could mi the individual White Cliffs of Dover . position Just 10 mins' walk from the town center shops and bus/rail stations. 20-25 mins from the ferry ports.
